The Lighthouse MES, Shopfloor-Online received the following use case scores:
“We are really delighted that Shopfloor-Online, our MES software, has been recognised in the report, and even more so, with such high scores across all 7 use cases,” commented Tim Barber, Company Director.
A pioneer in MES systems for the last 20 years, Lighthouse released Shopfloor-Online 7, in December 2017. A full HTML5 MES, it is browser-independent, and not only works on PCs in the factory, but also on tablets and smartphones offering new mobility solutions to customers.
Shopfloor-Online has a large user base across Continuous/Batch/Complex Discrete industries. “We are often working with many multi-national manufacturers who have a range of processes within and across their factories, such as continuous processes upstream (e.g. chemical) and processes like packing downstream,” reflects Tim. “Organisations with such processes see real value in one platform, like Shopfloor-Online that can address all needs.”
In 2019, Gartner also recognised Lighthouse Systems with an honorable mention in the Magic Quadrant for Manufacturing Execution Systems2.
“To us, Lighthouse Systems has gained its place as a major player in the MES market. We believe our recognition in the latest Gartner Critical Capabilities for Manufacturing Execution Systems report reinforces our confidence in our product strategy. We are on a mission: to create the best MES software in the world,” concluded Tim.
