To support this vision, we established a User Group in 2012. Through the Shopfloor-Online User Group, we involve customers and partners in the development of our software at a strategic level, as well as offer a platform for users to exchange knowledge and experience. 1990 - Lighthouse Systems is established in the UK, developing Statistical Process Control software for quality management including SPC-Light, the first SPC solution for Microsoft Windows which has sold in over 40 countries with more than 15,000 installations in six languages.

1992-1999 - Lighthouse Systems continues its development, selling SPC-Light through OEMs and resellers, across Europe, Asia and the USA.

1999 - Launch of the first version of Shopfloor-Online, a real-time shop-floor data collection and reporting system focusing on quality, SPC and production information.

2000 - Lighthouse Systems opens its US office in Rochester NY.

2003 - Launch of the web version of Shopfloor-Online MES factory information system with much improved production information capabilities giving it the power of a full Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

2006 - Lighthouse Systems opens of an office in Singapore to service the expanding world-class manufacturing community in Asia.

2009 - First customers move Shopfloor-Online into the cloud.

2010 - More than 200 Shopfloor-Online deployments are live across 33 countries.

2012 -  Lighthouse Systems achieves  Microsoft Gold competency award and holds its first Shopfloor-Online User Group seminar.

2013 – Lighthouse Systems Ltd gains the ISO 9001:2008 Certification for its Software development Operations. Launch of LZ-Lifescience, a joint-venture with Zenith Technologies to bring Shopfloor-Online MES to the pharmaceutical and life science markets. Opening of an office in Paris to service and develop the French customer base.

2014 - Lighthouse Systems increases customer reach in the Nordic Countries.

2016 - Lighthouse Systems achieves certification transition to ISO 9001-2015.

2017 - Release of Shopfloor-Online 7, a faster, more configurable MES software, with enhanced analytics, working across all platform and devices to support Smart Manufacturing.

Lighthouse Systems Ltd was certified to ISO 9001:2008 in 2013. In 2016, Lighthouse Systems Ltd achieved certification transition to ISO 9001:2015 for the design, development, production, implementation and support of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software. We are committed to providing software products as a base for outstanding manufacturing solutions.
