Our Graduates Programme

The programme is open to high calibre graduates studying a STEM discipline with a proven flair for programming. 

Anyone joining the programme will embark on an 8 week training programme. Internships are for 12 weeks; interns receive the same training as the graduates and may be offered a job at the end of their internship. 

Once the training has been successfully completed, you will either join our Implementation Team (Software Engineer roles), or our Software Development team. Software Engineers have the opportunity to travel worldwide to deploy our Manufacturing Execution Systems solution with world-class medium and large companies, whilst Software Developers are office-based at our HQ in West Sussex.

Training continues as you join the Lighthouse Team working with support from our experienced people and your Lighthouse Mentor.

A typical assessment day

  • Welcome from Lighthouse
  • Techincal interview 
  • Individual interview with our Techincal Director and Support Manager 
  • Presentation by our Technical Director 
  • Graduates introduce themselves with a short pre-prepared presentation about themselves and their programming skills
  • Team exercise

You will be based at our Head Office located in West Sussex, conveniently situated between Brighton and London; giving you access to a relaxed cultural city on the coast, and the ever exciting UK Capital, for shopping and nightlife.
 
Due to the location of our Head Office a car is essential.
